Why can't I thumb an answer up or down?
Today I can't do that and get a message - Do you want to save this file, or find a program to open it.

It's one of the new glitches and there is a bug report on the suggestion board about it. The drop down on the About tab is not showing and hovering over avatars is not showing any details, thumbs are messed up and more.
For the thumbs up, when the file box comes up just x it closed and if you go back to the question you will see it went through.
