Vegetarian Taco's, Recipe?

I make a vegetarian filling with soya crumbles, season it with the same things I would do for meat one, you can add the kidney beans and make veggies chili, the garnishes, I use are salsa, cheese and sour cream I eat a small amount of dairy, sliced avocado, onions, jalapenos, chopped tomato's and lime wedges.

Have you tried Boca Crumbles (Found in the Organic freezer section) or Lite Life Smart Ground (Usually found near the tofu in the produce department)? Both of those make amazing tacos. Another idea is to just use refried beans instead of meat or meat substitute.

Don't put meat in your taco. Beans, rice, cheese, guac, salsa, all the other stuff. Ta-da! Vegetarian.
