How can I lose inches off my inner thigh and waist?
I am currently a size 6 and would love to be a size 4 in 3 months. The pants wont go over my upper thigh/butt. I play softball Monday-Friday for 2 hours everyday plus condition for a half hour of the 2 hours. I was wondering if any knew foods I could eat or things I could do to speed up the process?

Eliminate ALL junk food, sodas, pop, sweets, fried foods, fast foods, fruit juices, and processed foods. Everyday eat a healthy diet of fruit, veggies, a few nuts, lean meat and fish, whole grain breads and cereals, low fat dairy products. And these workouts may help.
