As much as you can since you paid for it. My favorite italian restaurant is Maggiano at South Coast Plaza in Orange County. They have those "all you can eat" kind. The menu is categorized into 3 price value menu. Ranging from $25 - $35 - $45 (not really sure) but usually my family chose the $35.00 per person. You can chose 3 appetizers like spinach salad, stuffed mushrooms and deep fried calamari. You can ask as many servings as you can eat. Then you move on to the entree, We chose baked salmon, clam liguinine, pasta in alfredo sauce. Again order as much as you can eat. Last, is desserts, we chose spumoni or creme brulee but the tiramisu is to die for. Guess what, the best part of the meal is you ordered as much as you can eat in the restaurant and until you are full, you can can order all those dishes again to take home too *

I don't do much Italian. Big portions (unless your at olive garden) and loads of carbs in the pasta and breads. I'd eat Italian food conservatively.
