Of course it's a good thing. It was a good thing when Clinton and Bush both backed banks to increase home ownership. How did that turn out? It certainly sounds like a good thing.
I just need to understand why Democrats not only get away with everything and Liberals never hold them accountable, so they can repeat mistakes because they "sound nice."

that is a very clear instance of change, sweetie.
and maybe you didn't notice, but credit is still tighter than it was before the bush financial crisis.
makes sense to lower standards just to get back to normal.
