Guinea pig behaviour?

My guinea pig is comfortable with me, will let me touch any where apart from her sides just before her back legs, if I was to touch here she'll turn quickly as if trying to bite me (she doesn't though, just like a warning) but once she has done this she'll have a funny five minuets pop corning, shaking her head and running up and down then go back to normal.

Is it just a funny spot for her? or could she be pregnant??

Thanks for the help :)

Update:

I have checked for sores and its know where near her private parts though, shes fine when i pick her up there i just have to lightly touch her

Most guinea pigs do not like to be touched on their tummies or on their bums, however I have 2 girls that love their bums petted.

My male guinea pig does the same, he will completely fall asleep on you but he just doesn't like to be stroked at his back. I think it's just a boundaries sort of thing :).

She might just feel uncomfortable being touched their, like women normally don't like to be touched downstairs, just give her a little bit more space with her body

, I mean you wouldn't want to be touched where you don't want to be
