I make one similar to the other persons only I use silken tofu and a bit more oil, I make it in my Magic Bullet blender, the only thing is it will not be a firm as non vegan mayo, so be prepared for a soft yogurt texture, I use dijon, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and white pepper, 1 tub of silken tofu and a blended oil 1/2 olive and canola, add all the ingredients into the blender, and any one will do even a hand blender and long beaker, and buzz, if you use a regular blender, you can add 1/2 oil and as it is running add more in the blender beaker threw the top, this does help firm it up better

i'd google it if I were you... its lots of different oils and stuff.... if I were you I woul go with veganaise :) I practically live on that stuff. I have considered making my own before but the recipes always seem daunting

here is the most simple one I could find... it sounds pretty good.

    Ingredients:

1 cup canola, safflower, or grapeseed oil (if you use grapeseed your mayo might be greenish. Just a heads up.)

    1/2 cup soy milk

    3/4 tsp salt (to taste)

1 - 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)

Pinch ground mustard (optional, you could probably also use a 1/4 tsp prepared mustard)

    Directions:

1.Combine all ingredients except lemon juice (or vinegar) in the food processor or blender, blending until smooth.

2.Slowly add the lemon juice or vinegar until the mixture thickens and tastes as desired. Add salt and mustard to taste.

There is no such thing. Mayonnaise is made from eggs. Vegans don't eat eggs. You can come up with a substitute, but its not Mayonnaise.
