What is the point of Arsenal finishing fourth?

They have been qualifying for the Champions League for almost 20 years, and they always fail to win it. Arsenal = failure.

14 years, and we've came close on a few occasions, like 2006 for example, the fact of this alone is reason to keep trying, we were desperately unlucky that.

Also the revenue in brings in. The fact that finishing in the champions league makes us attract better players.

Lol we have a better chance of winning it than Spurs do.... or even Man City by the looks of their two disappointing campaigns.

as you said it, the'll get the chance to play in the champions league, which will generate a lot of money even if they don't win it. Also star player wants champions league football, if arsenal don't get into it, they'll lose their probability of acquiring new star player( even though ther are the one who make star player). worst case scenario: their satr player leave them just like van persi, nasri, fabregas, song, etc....

lol this is the stupidest question i have ever read.

CL qualification gets your club about £25m MORE than finishing 5th.

Use what little logic you have and figure out WHY that would be important ?

There is money to be made from European football - that's a good reason to enter their competitions

    Cheers.
