what is the best place in SA for a single guy to live in and why ?

and what is the best town / city to live in and why ?

Update:

In my terminology, SA means South America. Perhaps I shouild have termed it LA - meaning Latin America !

    If "SA" means "South Africa", probably Cape Town. It has pleasant weather and is rather diverse.
