    Is it a medical condition? A place? You'll need to give us a little more information. Usually in medicine, when you see PA, it means posterior-anterior. In layman terms, back and front. PA can also stand for Physician Assistant. There's also PA-SMC, which stands for Pulmonary Vascular Smooth Muscle. Perhaps Pulmonary Artery.

    P.A.Vascular may mean:--

    * Pulmonary artery (such as PA vascular remodelling)

    * Peripheral and abdominal blood vessels. (Cranial blood vessels excluded)
