How would I know what race I really am?
Some of us were adopted. Some of us thought we knew but don't. When a company hires on, they need to fill a specific quota from each race. They ought to have a genetic test if they really want to know and/or make accurate reports about race.

They just use your picture ID from the DMV. If your driver license or non driver ID has one category listed, they just use that race. They are not really that concerned to the extend of genetic testing. The world has mixed and inter bread for 1000s of years and there is no actual pure race on this planet. Every one has some gene from some where else, may it be from good or bad encounters.
