use a good primer, i use the too faced shadow insurance, works great! yeah its $18 but ive had the same bottle for almost a year and its still halfway full and i wear eyemake up everyday. as for the eyeliner try looking into one that is waterproof, maybe a waterproof liquid. i use a brand called essence you can buy it at Ulta, smudge and waterproof! works great! and for mascara i would also look into a waterproof one as well and your lashes will fall flat throughout the day mine are the exact same way

Use an eyeshadow primer. Elf has one that works really well... if you can't get one, make one yourself. That's what I do, because I know what's going into it, so it won't break me out.

Liquid Foundation (something most people have)

Cream Foundation (a thicker foundation, I use the NYC Smooth Skin Foundation spacifically for this)

Concealer (use a little of a stick concealer... melt it first)

Body Butter (something that you know doesn't break your skin out first)

A little Chapstick brand chap-stick... weird I know... but it works better than any other primer I've used that I bought from the store, and it gives you a matte skin tone canvas to work with on your eyelids.

Try different mascara and eyeliner. Get waterproof kind.
