How to confront boyfriend?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for nearly a year and I completely trust him, but I've been having some weird feelings lately about him maybe being with other people. He tells me everything and trusts me and everything and I have no actual evidence or proof that he could be cheating, but you never know and people can be really good liars sometimes. We never used to text when we were with each other simply out of respect, and now his phone is blowing up all the time. He also gets skype notifications to his phone a lot, and I have no idea who he could possibly be skyping. His ex lives in CA, we live in MA, so even if he were cheating I don't think it could be with her.... and he's been working extra lately, but if he's lying, how do I know he's even actually at work. So what do you think, how do I confront him about my suspicions? I don't want to sound accusatory or anything. I'd also really like to know his facebook password/skype password... any advice how to get a hold of that? I've never done anything like this before :/
