How long will it take for Call of Duty to die?

It never will, unfortunately. Guitar Hero was fad, but it was also GIMMICKY.

There is no gimmick behind CoD it's just a crap series. And while it too is a fad, I don't think it's going anywhere soon.

Either way I'd love to see it destroyed. The games are terrible, the web-community for CoD games so unbelievably atrocious it's not worth going into detail about.

So yeah, when people realize Battlefield is better than CoD the way people realized Rock Band was better than Guitar Hero, then the sales of CoD will plummet and people will just change over to Battlefield.

OR A BRAND NEW SERIES. I don't mean 'Black Ops and MW' **** like that. I mean a game that's BRAND NEW ORIGINAL. Not another CoD, Medal of Honor, Resistance, Battlefield, Halo, Gears of War, whattheFUCKeveryou play.

But a truly original military/standard FPS? Now that I'd like to see.

It already bleeding out 1/2 useless at present. I see extra and gamers change over to diverse video games yet there nevertheless a reliable volume of human beings in call of duty. I say yet another 2-3 video games, the added conscious inhabitants of the cod will likely supply up playing and bypass on even if the kiddies will nevertheless be there finding out to purchase it and playing it like it the most perfect element ever. actual i under no circumstances heard of something from activition putting forward there gonna supply up publishing it after 2 video games. Atm the game makes them a large income so for sure there gonna proceed.

Call of Duty will get old when the next big thing comes out.

its hard to say. cause the teens that play it now and are thoroughly in love with it will keep on playing it when new ones are released and their little siblings will play them cause their older sibling played it and then those younger ones will keep going on with the new ones and so be it infinity ward, treyarch, or a new company will always think "hey these idiot kids will keep buying our games and we dont have to do much to improve them so lets just keep releasing the same games every year"

Why would you want any game to die out. If you don't like it then don't play it.
