Ideal gas law question. How do I do this problem?

http://www.chegg.com/homework-help/questions-and-a...

Part b was simple enough for me: P1T2 = P2T1

I don't know how to get part a.

    We need to know the volume of the apparatus. The number of moles can't be calculated from the temperature and pressure alone.

    We could express n generically:

    PV= nRT

    n = PV/RT

    We could then substitute the known values for P, R, and T and have n = a*V where a is the constant formed from the numerical evaluation of PV/T.
