Why do people bite their lip for?
Don't say he had dry skin, because he was fine till he saw me then he started to bite his bottom lip. Like if a guy looks at you everyday, smiles or gives you that look, e.g. Everyday is friends look over at me but he has never talked to me before, not shy talks to other girls outgoing and when I hear him he speak loud but goes quite around me. We lock eyes and I see his eye dilate bigger. But anyway today as I was walking to class I saw him and he instantly bit his bottom lip hard at me, then he keep looking around at me, we lock eyes again then he looked away and its like I was hard to resist! He has done that a couple of times, but actually I was surprise that he was biting that hard on his own lip, then all his friends started to smile and look over.
He look in my eyes the same time while he was biting his lips. Why did he bite his lips for?

Oh, that's a brilliant one. I LOVE it when a guy bites their lips... It's basically a teasing look and it was probably associated with some thoughts of what he'd like to do with you ;)
I know that with my boyfriend, I tend to do it when I'm trying to tease him and I'm usually thinking of what I want to do to him ;)
Basically, he likes you. A lot. You're in, be flattered ;)

Biting your bottom for guys or girls is a nerve reset. When you see that person that appeals to you, and makes you crazy, you start losing bounds with reality, and become nervous, and you don't think straight.
So when he realizes you are looking back at him, he probably is trying to keep cool and keep his bearings while talking to you. It's a wake up, just like when you are lying to someone, and you can't talk to them right in their eyes, what do you do? You look away to regain your power to keep lying.
Biting his lip is just how he is trying to shake that hes nervous, is all. He likes you, now start giving him some signs you like him so he can ask you out!
