help with mother issues?

When I was small my parents made a decision that would affect my adult life. It was a very immature move and it affects my adult life (it didnt when I was a kid) How can I get over it? I had to make one for my son and it worked out great and I can not get over what they did to me. Please help

    We aren't able to help you if your question is not clear. The only way to overcome it is by talking to someone and stop beating yourself up for what happen it already happened.
