For many who are calling you a liar you posted a Fox website -- good one! Would it not be inconvenient to mention that it WASN'T WIRE TAPPING? It was once gathering documents of mobile calls. The mobilephone numbers and the size of the calls is all they have. Did you know that not all phone calls are recorded and even with these cell numbers there's not approach to go back and discover what was sincerely mentioned. Why is the right wing so continuously misinformed?

There was no wire tapping, the DOJ subpoenaed records pertaining to phone calls between AP reporters and their sources because they are trying to figure out how confidential information was leaked from the government regarding a foiled terror plot to attack a Us-bound aircraft in May 2012. To assert wire tapping is being dishonest, if you're going to attack someone at least do so honestly. And since when do conservatives rush to the aid of the evil liberal media and press anyways?

There was no Wire Tapping, it was records subpoenaed (meaning a Judge signed off on it) under the Patriot Act that Congress signed into law.

He has recused himself. His department head or himself would have had to sign for the order for the phone records. He can't really recuse himself. They are supposed to uphold the law rather than ignore it.

I know! Isn't it outrageous that a member of the government should not be willing to broadcast all the details on a case involving leaks on CIA interests in Yemen? He should just post a list of all the US spies everywhere.

It's a shame that he refused to investigate voter intimidation by the Black Panthers, refused to enforce immigration law, refused to answer questions regarding his giving weapons to Mexican drug cartels, and now this. If he didn't have Obama's so-called "executive privilege" he would be ousted and permanently disbarred.

Who do you think authorized it? It came from Holder himself.

  • wire tapping? I thought it was just phone records?

    that escalated quicklly
