Will these exercises create a fit / toned body?
I'm 19 , 171cm tall(5 ft 7) and 59kg
I do 25 min jogging , 30 leg ups , 15 squats , and 8-10 minutes of other cardio stuff.
Or I go to the gym and do 30min on the tredmill at 6.5 - 8.5 km an hour
Then do arm / back / shoulder exercises
My main goal is to get rid of my belly fat and increase muscle everywhere, what machines at gyms work your abs?
I eat about 1400 calories a day

U have to eat right stay away from carnal n fatty foods.....now the best machine to use at the gym for abbs is the abb cruncher it'll have 2 bars u hold on to u put ur knees on the machine n hold the bars it'll swing from side to side n up n down and u can add weight at the bottom..... Do leg UPS and landmines YouTube what a landmine is ....also keep a chart of your caloric intake what u eat n how much of it lol its a rough journey but ull get there oh n btw if u do leg UPS u can't be swinging u have to be completely stationary hope this helped
