Is this a form of premonition?

I usually am just walking around town, and then all of a sudden, I get a feelings hat I am going to meet someone I know. Sooner or later, usually within ten minutes, I will see someone I know. This only happens when it is not where I expect them to be. Not like seeing a classmate at school, but like seeing them at a resturant. What is this?

Update:

P.S. This will happen relatively frequently. About 2-3 times a month, give or take. If you think it is just a coincidence, please move on. I think it has happened enough times, and seeing that almost all of them have been right, it seems like more than a coincidence.

What you’re referring to is *synchronicity.* The term was coined by psychiatrist/scholar Carl Jung in the 1920s and it refers to an occurrence of two or more events which are coincidentally related, but defying the laws of chance. That’s why it feels so unreal and uncanny when synchronicity happens. We instinctively recognize that events have occurred which exceed all reasonable probability.

Jung was unparalleled genius, a pioneer of the human mind and the close personal friend of Albert Einstein. He's the father of the collective consciousness, researched psychic phenomena as a legitimate field of study and was the first to suggest that thought can influence reality.

When some obscure song runs thru your head repeatedly, then you turn on the radio to find it's playing, that's the sort of thing which is far too "coincidental" to attribute to chance... and that's the gist of synchronicity.

i think of you would be at a loss for words or blended a pair of plan and a prediction. A plan is something that continuously has a objective set to it. as an occasion, you're able to have a objective to be at artwork in the morning, and plan to commence utilising at 7 a.m. to get there. The trip would or won't pass superb. you would be able to reach late or on time. yet you do get to artwork. you have worked your plan and reached your objective. A prediction works in a distinctive way. In a prediction, you employ your suitable wager to be sure what ought to ensue. you need to would desire to get to artwork in the morning, yet in view which you recognize there will be street artwork, you could assume that it will take you longer to get there. you would be able to hit an accident or roadblock alongside the way, besides to the detour. in case you probably did no longer discern on them, then you definitely did no longer unavoidably assume that they could reason your postpone to be even longer. A prediction is something that ought to conceivably come actual, yet often with some degree or degree of actuality. Like a magician who predicts a card from a series deck, he's acquainted with it rather is one in each and every of fifty two enjoying cards, so there are some odds in touch. reward!

Of course it isn't a coincidence, you are a psychic, just like me! However you are not predicting that you will see those people rather your thoughts are what is causing them to appear there.

Next time you go out try thinking very hard about someone and if you are successful they should appear within 5 minutes. To start with think of someone unimportant that lives quite close, it takes a great level of skill to summon a celebrity from another state.

    Source(s): The real psychic medium.
