    Without knowing to which UTube clip you refer to it is difficult to be specific. However, world wide, railways electrified with a third 'live rail' generally use between 600-1000 volts diect current. If by an overhead conductor wire then it is generally 1500-3000 volts d.c., or if it is a.c. it is generally several tens of thousands of volts - the most common European voltage is 25,000 volts a.c.
