Is there a R4 that can really play Nintendo 3DS games in 3D?
I only see R4 3DS that can only play DS games but not 3DS.

currently there is no R4 card which can play 3DS games in 3DS in the world. All R4 3DS cards can only play DS games because 3DS roms has not been hacked. There are no flash carts that can play any 3DS games, and it'll be a long while before it's possible. I don't think there are even ROM dumps of 3DS games.
3DS carts are only labeled as such because they can be used on a 3DS.
