Back Problems I Need a Solution!!?
I had back surgery 20 years ago and I still have problems with it. I notice that it gets worse every years. I had chiropractic, physical therapy and life time exercise. I feel very unhappy and I miss out doing things I enjoy. Can anybody tell me if there is any type of solution? Any advice? Thank you.

What is causing your back pain? What is the diagnosis and is the diagnosis correct? No one can solve your back pain problem before correctly answering these questions.

i only can say you need intant pain relife in amazon book and please tray walk ewry day slooly but do it
