Infamous- It is a Blessing to the Ps3! It is super fun! Now they sell it in Collectors pack for cheap at gamestop! It comes with Infamous, Infamous2, and some Dlc's like new custumes, missions and "Festival of Blood" Dlc.
Also!
God of War- It is really really Fun! You could buy whichever one to your liking!
Assassin's Creed- Preferably ACIII. I'm sure you've heard of it. But basicially here's a brief explanation:
An assassin named Connor Kenway is in the middle of the American Revolutionary War, though that's not the war he's fighting. Connor is fighting his own battle, which will intersect with the events of the Revolutionary War, and will find Templars and Assassins in both the Colonial and British camps. [1] Instead of Connor focusing solely on fighting against the British, some British characters will be good while some colonists will be portrayed as oppressors. The game explores the moral grey area that exists between the Assassins and the Templars, rather than simply casting them as polar opposites of good and evil.
Meanwhile, Desmond and the remnants of the Assassin Order finally bring the fight to Abstergo to stop the launch of a satellite that will initiate doomsday. They have until December 21, 2012 to stop the end of the world and the game starts on October, 31, 2012 giving them less than two months to find all the information they need.

Exclusives only: [With the exception of Dragon's Dogma because it's just that beast.]
Dragon's Dogma [Dark Arisen] BEST ACTION-RPG EVER MADE. Slick, smooth controls, as well as an incredible story, decent graphics, open-world free-roaming, and the best damn gameplay EVER make Dragon's Dogma the game that DESERVED TO WIN GOTY 2012. [I've got Walking Dead and Journey, both pale in comparison.]
Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch- A 60-hour+ Studio Ghibli [the Japanese animation studio behind Princess Mononoke, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, Porco Rosso, etc] movie. With great 'Tale of' styled action-rpg controls, a pokemon-like Familiar system, and one of the best damn stories period. [Not even in gaming, just period.] Roll all this up in a package THAT LOOKS BETTER IN SD THAN MOST GAMES DO IN HD... And I think in my 60-hour run I had about 1 minute of load time. TOTAL. 1 minute total load time for 60 hours of gameplay. [No bullsh*t.]
The Uncharted Series- Just a cinematic 3rd person shooter/puzzle platformer series. Great voice acting and an overall compelling story arc makes all 3 great games. [People argue about what's better between 2 & 3. I say 3, but that's only 'cuz 2 didn't have enough Sully in it for me.]
Valkyria Chronicles- The game that unseated Final Fantasy Tactics as my favorite tactical game. VC is so ridiculously innovative that even goin' on 5 YEARS later nothin's even come close.
Heavy Rain- Quantic Dream's big 1st project on the PS3 and their first project after Indigo Prophecy. An amazing cinematic adventure that makes full use of the PS3's 'Sixaxis' controllers. [Sixaxis are also in DualShock 3s so that's no big deal.]
Demon's Souls- The precursor to Dark Souls that started it all. Much harder, much darker than Dark Souls. Though it's not 'open world' so that's a deal breaker for a lot of people.
PSN Games:
Guacamelee!- A 'Metroid-Vania' styled beat'em'up game with a luchador twist. Great fun and a solid deal. [Is 'Cross-Buy' between PS3 and Vita.]
inFamous: Festival of Blood (Stand-Alone DLC)- A great addition to inFamous; Festival of Blood begs to answer the question: What if we gave a lightning-powered super-human vampire powers?
Moon Diver- A side-scrolling platforming Hack'N'Slash with mediocre RPG elements. While nothing is too incredibly stand-out about it; Moon Diver's just fun.
There's also a myriad of PS1/2 classics that are worth getting.
EDIT: Things to be on the look out for-
The Last of Us- Naughty Dog's post-apocalyptic follow-up to Uncharted.
Beyond: Two Souls- Quantic Dream's follow up to Heavy Rain. [It's also got Ellen Page and Willem Defoe in it.]
The Last Guardian: The newest project from the guys behind ICO and Shadow of the Colossus.
Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection- Releasing soon this year, the MGS:Legacy Collection will contain: Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, Metal Gear: VR Missions, Metal Gear Solid 1, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater [Subsistence version], and Metal Gear Solid IV: The Guns of the Patriots.
