As soon as you become a playstation plus member, are you able to download games?

Also what are some of the bonuses?

    Yes, you can download them. Sometimes they won't offer much content, HOWEVER, it is still worth it, as you get discounts that not normal members have.

    yup, right away.

    apart from the free games there are free avatars, themes, dlc ETC..

    u get discounts on other stuff on the Store.

    u can back up ur game saves.

    early access to some demos/BETAs ETC.

    it also supports PSP (sometimes) & Vita.
