As a 100% rated vet would I receive Chap 31 subsistence at the full rate?

As a 100% rated vet would I still receive Chap 31 subsistence at the full rate? I am also on SSDI if that makes a difference.

Update:

If you don't know the answer, or you didn't rate disability and are having problems with vets who do and who want to better themselves through education....don't bother answering.

    Getting Greedy are we...???

Being a 100% SC Disabled Veteran and also receiving

SSD is a Hefty Sum of TAX FREE Cash per month/year...

(Truth of the Matter is...if you had not become Combat Disabled...

and just got out of the Service in one piece...you would not have

been able to land a job that pays Half that amount...and would

have to pay TAX on it...)

Why would you expect to collect Chapter 31 Funds also ???

You would probably lose your SSD Funds...

Safest way to go is through VA... VOC-Rehab program...

Which is nothing more than your GI Bill money...

Are you on 100% military medical or 100% VA Disability? That makes a big difference, including the fact that VA Disability is tax-free.
