If a weak acid has an initial concentration of 0.36M and is dissociated at 0.07%, what is the concentration of H3O+ in the solution?

[H3O^+] = 0.36 M(0.0007) = 0.000252 M = 2.52 x 10^-4 M
0.07% means 0.07/100 = 0.0007
Once you know this relationship this type of problem becomes easier.
