I really feel like something is wrong with me :(?
okay so I use to work out all the time. But since April I really haven't had time to work out with graduation and college stuff coming up. But for some reason two days ago my foot the top of my foot hurts really bad in is a little slightly swollen not much but it hurts only when I move it a certain way. The other day the pain was going up my legbut now its not. But now I'm nervous something is seriously wrong with me like bone cancer or something and now I feel like all my muscles are tensing up because I'm so nervous. Should I be worried is this normal it feels like someone stepped on my foot and its bruising or something.. and plus I've been really stressed and since I haven't worked out I feel that everything is tensing up is this possiblee. Do I have a serious illness?! Please help!:(

wow my poor dear, you cannot worry about something until you have a reason! That being said, it's ok to be aware of what your body is doing and take note of problems since prevention is the best medicine, etc. etc. Not working out doesn't give you bone cancer, okay? If that were the case a lot of people would be royally screwed. Unless the pain is like an eight to ten with ten being unbearable, and since I don't know your age or history, then I would say just keep an eye on it and if it lasts more than two weeks (hell some would say one week if they have the money to spare) then get it checked out, if only for your peace of mind. Feet get swollen all the time for no good reason (well okay shoes and past injuries are reasons.) The fact that it's bruising I have to say (although I don't want you to worry for no reason) is odd.,...but any of this is not from not working out. You might keep an eye on it and if the pain is unbearable, all docs would say go to a doctor. In college isn't it free? May as well. I used to get panicky over anything and go to the doctor when it was free. Now I have to be a lil' more careful or end up owing bigtime,.

I would suggest going to see your doctor or GP as that sounds a bit dodgy...
I don't think it's cancer but I'd go and get it checked out by a professional

I don't think you can feel bone cancer, but you probably have syphilis
