The Spurs are afraid of the Heat?
Tony Park texted George Hill tips on how to beat the Heat. In my opinion it sounds like the Spurs would rather play the Pacers in the finals. In other words, the Spurs are scared to play the Heat. I don't wanna hear some B.S like "Oh Parker was trying to be nice and help another team." FOH its the playoffs not the regular season or preseason you dont help your opponents especially during the PLAYOFFS. Pacers fans i would think twice about being happy about this the Spurs basically just insulted you guys by saying they would rather play u guys for an easy route to a championship. Spurs fans you say your team will demolish the Heat yet your own players dont want to part of them lol. Ima Heat fan and i like Tony Parker but i didnt know he was this much of a p*ssy smh I expected more out of the Spurs.. GO HEAT
HAHAHAHA like i said its the playoffs you dont help your opponents. IDC if parker and hill used to be team mates. KEY WORD "USED"

What you just said was the most ignorant thing I ever heard in this basketball section you just made yourself look like a total ignorant biased little *****. Tony and Hill have a great relationship just cause Parker gives Hill some advice doesn't mean the Pacers are going to win the series and Tony knows that I mean how stupid are you? You think Parker thinks in his head oh Ill give George some advice and the Pacers will win are you kidding me? Man you are the stupidest fan alive you are just throwing out dribble I think Jesse is right you are the one who is afraid of the Spurs because the way the Heat look now they don't look like the best team in the NBA. And just because you won 27 games in a row or 48 out 54 means nothing look at the Spurs last year they won 20 in a row it means nothing. Right now the Spurs look and are the best team in the NBA suck it *****.

Hill was on the spurs for a while, besides spurs pushed Miami to the limit in the regular season without Duncan, Ginaboli, Parker, and Danny Green, so not to much fear. But I think it was more friends helping friends. Hibbert works with Duncan in the offseason, and he texts Duncan after every game. Besides the Spurs probably respect the Pacers because they were built not bought like Miami. LeBron is the only one who is doing anything in the playoffs and remember 07, when the spurs ran the cavs into the gound. Bosh and Wade have virtually disapperared. Spurs probably don't wanna play a bunch of dirty players either.

Naw...I mean the Heat are gonna be a tough matchup for sure but if anything I think the Heat are afraid of the Spurs. Tough/smart/cohesive teams are like kryptonite for the Heat...not to mention there is really no pressure on the Spurs and ALL the pressure will be on Lebron and the rest of the Heat team. Spurs are a tougher/smarter/better version of the Pacers and not a team the Heat wanna face.

Nope I think its Heat fans that are afraid of the Spurs how many question have I seen like Spurs are afraid of Miami or Miami will crush the Spurs. You buffoons are trying to convince yourself of these delusions when the simple truth is you are afraid yourself. The Spurs have dominated to a 12-2 record have answered the bell on the road dominating defense and great ball movement offense. I think you are an idiot to think the Spurs are afraid of anybody. I am sure you got this question from First Take and if you did you are just trying to come up with some lame crap that isn't really there. Good luck with your delusions whatever helps you sleep at night but be very afraid because Wade is acting like a shell of himself and Bosh is looking like crap. The bench is also looking like crap (Battier and Allen) the only one playing well is Lebron and him alone will not get it done (Finals 2007)

If Parker has all these great ideas on how to beat Miami, then why would he be afraid of them?
Parker and Hill are good friends, going back to the time when Hill was on the Spurs. Tony would like to see his friend advance to the finals, and would like to play against him. It has nothing to do with being "afraid" of the Heat.

Hey dumbazz, Hill used to be on the Spurs. He's probably still somewhat close to parker, so parker was probably just trying to help out a former teammate. And no, I guarantee that no one on the Spurs, or at least none of the veterans are even slightly "scared" of the heat.

That's silly. Spurs aren't afraid of anyone. If anything, Heat should be afraid of San Antonio.
