Has the new Supreme Court ruling taken away some of our rights?

Because of today’s decision, your DNA can be taken and entered into a national database if you are ever arrested, rightly or wrongly, and for whatever reason.

Update:

I refer to your right of privacy.

Umm, wqell I think its kinda like illegal search and seizure, it is against the constitution. But again, its "if you are arrested" so, normal law abiding people aren't usually arrested, those that are repeat offenders generally. so I might not mind a person who is a regular jail bird having dna taken, might prevent or solve a crime later on.

The law as interpreted by the Supreme Court is seen as the same thing as having your fingerprints and photograph taken when arrested, which are not un-constitutional acts.

My right to do what? Commit crimes without detection.

If the FBI wants my DNA all they have to do is ask. I don't commit crimes. If you do, tough.
