a female traditional applehead siamese. The question I have is would the male siamese accept a female? The male netered siamese had been aggressive to other male nuetered cat until he was neutered for about a year. Had old ill male neutered cat that both accepted but am curious of those with siamese cats with experience what they think of adding a female to the mix?

There's no such thing as "traditional applehead Siamse". That's just a term backyard gives for the non-breed standard cats they're breeding soley to make money. And if you didn't buy this cat from a registered breeder it's just a pointed domestic. So this question is probably pointless since you're asking about the "breed".
Breed, though, is irrelevant when it comes to cats being accepting of other cats. Just SLOWLY introduce them. Put the new cat in a separate room for a few days with it own food, water and litter.

I have the same problem only without the Siamese: my mother has an 11 year old female spayed cat and I want to bring home a new kitten. My question for you is: is the new Siamese a kitten or an adult cat? Some people say that kittens are less threatening to an older established cat.
