Please need help I can't figure this out ?
Ok I am 19 and I desperately need a car so I was looking for a good paying job now I got hired by my church to work in the everyday for 3 hours we r suppose to be there by 10 and work till 1 5 days a week 7 dollars an hours since I don't have a car my neighbor who also works at the church takes me and after 1 I get picked up my dad to be taken to my 2 job at best buy I just recently got this job but my neighbor usually slacks off constantly she is not ready on time and we usually get to church by 11 1130 and I feel like its not fair to me which has a huge impact on my hours and I want a good decent morning job from like 8am to 1 and then I can go to my second job so I can afford a car faster. So I were to quit working at church r my morals messed up? Am I being disloyal to church or god in anyway? Cuz neighbor thinks I am ?

Your neighbor is doing you a favor by taking you to work. It's not her responsibility to get you there on time. It's YOUR responsibility. If you can't get there, find alternate means or put in your notice.
As to your neighbor's opinion, she can't be bothered to get there on time, so clearly she's the one disrespecting the commitment she made.
Where are you parents?
And what are you doing to get an education? You'll never get a good paying job without and education and marketable job skills.

The job you took at the church was for a car, not for the church. How, then, could you be disloyal?
If you were going to church for the job, then you were never loyal in the first place.

PRAY about it. You're not being disloyal to God if you have a job change but pray about it & talk to the pastor about it. You might find another alternative you're not seeing. Anyhow, I think you are being responsible. Good job.
