So this 10 year old girl now gets on the list for a life saving transplant, she doesn't?

Well the liberals (Socialists/Communists) only want specific people to get the treatment they need. They are too busy spending out money on other pointless things. They don't want people to live (which is shown with abortion) so they can have a classless society where only the rich get (paid) medical care so they can waste their money in which making them poor therefore making the poor seem like middle class which = pure socioeconomic equality.

1. She is already on the list. There is a separate list for children under 12. This is because the success rate for transplanting adult lungs in to children that young is very low.

2. There are not a lot of organs available for young children.

3. This has nothing to do with politics. The current law about transplants was passed by Bush. The exact manner in which the lists are maintained is performed by an independent agency, not the government at any level.

4 As I noted above, the rules were in affect long before the current health care bill was passed.

I think it is very sad that so many chose to use a sick child in an attempt to make a political statement.

She will be on the list but it won't do anything because-

1. She probably doesn't have the highest survivability chances.

2. There are many other people on the list just as sick as her.

3. She is only on the list for 10 days.

4. There are no matches and she needs 2 lungs from the same donor.

This has already been explained to you over and over over again. AND there are 3 other children in the same hospital in the same situation why do you not have "compassion" for them. Oh yeah their families are not allowing themselves to be exploited by the right wing media.,

She WAS on the list, just not on the adult list, which is now and has been the law for some time.

And as pointed out, there are other children *in the same hospital* who are waiting for lungs.

While I think the regulation should be addressed, I fail to see why this particular girl is so special that she gets individual attention and has rules changed just for her.

Oh BTW, this has nothing to do with Obamacare nor Sibelius, who did NOT have the authority to authorize this.

The only lives they care about are their own and they can't even do that right.

I'm so happy for this little girl I hope she gets a lung. She should be put ahead of the first smoker.
