will round up overspray kill my hostas?

i used roundup this mornig in a flower bed that had some weeds and grass petruding the mulch and i needed to ge trid of. some of these weeds were close to hostas and i wa scarefull, but am a little worried that maybe a drop or two from overspray, ect got on the hostas.

am i safe

    Wash the hostas with a spray of water. Next time you want to use roundup (I use it too) cut the bottom off of a plastic soda bottle of a size to fit over the weed and remove the cap. Spray into the bottle and tap it on the ground before you remove it so it doesn't drip. Make sure you got the weed wet with the roundup. For woody weeds, cut them off near ground level and paint the stump until it is wet with the roundup. A weed is a plant growing where it is not wanted.

    If only a drop or two, you should be okay. The plants may wilt and/or yellow but should come back, that is if only a drop or two, otherwise could kill the plant. It's best to spray on calm (not windy) days, also, use a piece of cardboard and/or poster board to shield surrounding plants from over spray.

    If you were careful your plants will be ok, if not your plants could die.
