How Do You Make Powdered Fruit?

How do you make fruit into a dried powder? does it ever go bad or spoil? and how do you store it?

    fruit that is properly dried never goes bad. and you can pulverize the dried fruit to powder if you want.in blender, food processor, mortar and pestle or on chopping board with a hammer.

    I would store it like other spices and herbs, in glass jar with tight lid to keep the flavor.

    Ingredients:

    Milk 1 Cup

    Sugar 1 tsp

    Dry fruits pwd 2 tsp

    Ghee 1/2 tsp

    Grind : (Make a fine powder)

    Makhana/ Foxnuts 100 gm

    Cashews 100 gm

    Almonds 100 gm

    Pistachios 50 gm

    Dry Dates 100 gm

    Walnut 100 gm

    Method:

    De-seed dry dates, make a fine powder of a given item under "grind", and store in a air tight container. Use it as per your requirement.

    Dissolve sugar in to milk, add ghee, prepared dry fruits powder and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    Pour the Masala in to a Cup and enjoy it with Pav/ Naan/ Toast.
