Can I sue my work for only hiring Mexicans?
I work for a big hotel and about 4 years ago they hired a head of housekeeping Mexican women that speaks English and spanish and since she been there not once has she hired a white person or a black person we go threw house keepers alot and every time she hires a Mexican they dont speak a word of English.one quits the very next day she gets a new one.as for the rest of the hotel its all white hasn't been a black in a very long time.I feel this is wrong because there taking our jobs ...do I have a law suit ?????

Yes it's the law for jobs to have a equal opportunity for all races

you can report it to the EEOC. you have no way of proving that you have been damaged as it appears you have not. You have a job. It is not your responsibility to resolve the problems in the world.
The company could have some reason or justification that they requires that Spanish be spoken and therefore with no Spanish speaking white or Spanish speaking black or Spanishspeaking Asians there's no one else to hire but Spanish speaking Mexicans.
I think in the United States it would be pretty hard to prove that Mexican or a Spanish is required.

Law suit ? absolutely nope.
have a reason to move to new job = yes.
a reason to contact labor board after u leave = yes.
law suit will get u NOTHING except hassles.

law suit for what?? what are you losing..? I am assuming you are NOT Mexican. right? so you work there, so your company does hire non Mexican people right??
and what exactly are our jobs?? are they getting paid a pay check?? are they having taxes taken out of that pay check..? do you think that your hotel is hiring illegal workers?? is it any of your business??
