Is this a Circumhorizontal arc, AKA "Fire Rainbow"?

Taken last night at about 7:30pm in Carlyle, Illinois. I could see a faint rainbow pattern pasted on the clouds.

Update:

Wow, I just noticed the halo.

Would I be correct in saying that the "fire rainbow" here is caused by a sundog being refracted in the ice crystals in the cirrus clouds?

Not uncommon. Called a halo, sun dog and indicates the clouds are made of ice crystals.
