How do you answer questions on y! answers? Every time I come here the questions are always closed.?

Are you clicking the OPEN tab, it does sound as if you have clicked on Voting or Resolved. Just click on the open tab and you will find all the questions awaiting an answer.

There should be an Answer icon at the top of the page, or click browse ad select a section you feel you would be helpful to others on subjects.

You will soon get the hang of how things work
