MRI Scan. Please help. Is this normal ?
I circled what appears to be something out of place there. Also, i feel pain in that area.
I'm posting this here because it has already been reviewed by a specialist. BUT, i just took this MRI as a precautionary procedure. I didn't speak to the doctor who analysed it (and said MRI aspect : normal), so he/she didn't look for something specific(and btw, the mri was for the brain area, not the lower neck area).

Radiologists are medical doctors and have the requisite amount of education to be licensed as such. Anyone can look a am MRI and think something is wrong because the symmetry appears to be off. That doesn't mean something is wrong.
If there was something SERIOUSLY wrong, you will be contacted rather quickly by the doc. All you are going to accomplish by putting MRI images on the web and playing "guess what's wrong" is getting yourself spun up.
Calm down, and wait for a diagnosis from someone paid to give one.

This is a question for an M.D. who is a radiologist. Nobody here is qualified to offer an opinion. And since this image could only have been made under the order of a medical doctor, and would have been reviewed by that radiologist before you were allowed a copy, you will have already been told what it is.
So why are you asking here when you already know?
