Was Rachel Jeantel lying today or in her deposition?

In the Zimmerman trial, Rachel Jeantel was contradicting her deposition statements right and left. She was speaking in Ebonics, to the point where the court reporter could not understand her words. She had no pertinent information for the D.A. right after the event, but a couple months later, after being approached by Mr Martin, she had more memories and made a deposition. Now, months later and after being prepped and groomed by the Martin attorneys, she all of a sudden has remembered several things differently than she testified to even a few months ago.

Memory fades with time. Do we believe her testimony from today or months back?

It doesn't matter. She has lied and credibility is gone.

Ebonics is the right word here. She has an attitude as well and she's just not mature. She's also hurting and doesn't want to be there. I believe her testimony is equal to the deposition. She said in her deposition that it could be Martins voice, it sounds like him, he had a baby voice, etc. She admitted and said that today. It is not uncommon for people of trauma to remember things after several hours, days or months. To me, today, Rachel is not the "star witness" Sadukya was. I do not believe the prosecution ever coined Rachel the star witness either.

I beleive she lied, or simply not prepared for the court questioning. Her immaturity or dont care attitude may also play a part.

Given the choice, memory months back should be better than now, but then again, that also whether his testimony at that time was coached or coerced by Crump.

She was trying to remember the instructions of the prosecutor but lacked the intellect to answer intelligently. Her only job was to incriminate the man who shot a black thug and she tried to do that, without much success.

When Zimmerman lies about his finances to a Judge, Zimmerman is still credible? However, when Trayvon's friend lies about her age and if she attended the funeral, she is loses all credibility? Double standard? In America, it's a crime to be born African American but it's not on the law books.

doubt it as it's quite obvious she doesn't even appear to want to be there.
