Is there no longer a HELP link specifically associated with the Yahoo Answers pages?
The new setup isn't all that helpful, it would seem. There used to be a HELP link, top left, for JUST Yahoo Answers Help pages. Has that now vanished or did they hide it someplace elusive?

It is there under the little gear icon. It says help and clicking it goes here
