Can light sleepers sometimes experience sleep walking?
Usually I'm a light sleeper, but sometimes I sleep deeply and even sleepwalk. Does this usually happen with other light sleeps sometimes?

Your sleeping pattern does not really affect sleep walking. You just need to be in deep stage of sleep for a chance for sleepwalking to trigger. Usually, sleepwalking can be caused by genetic factor of which it happens more frequently with identical twins or other factors such as prolonged periods of sleep deprivations, chaotic sleep schedules. stress, intoxication, sleeping drugs or even medical conditions.
