Are there any lawn mower trade in programs in Illinois?

I'd like to trade in my gas lawn mower for a reel lawn mower.

    A used lawn mower has practically no value at all so it is doubtful you will have any luck beyond selling it for $20-$30 on craigslist and even then, it better be a nice mower compared to all the rest selling for $20-$30 or it won't sell fast.
