Yes, there have been instances where the male partner has attempted to stop an abortion, but no case can be found where a court forced a woman to carry a baby when she did not want to.
It is true is that abortion laws seemingly discriminate against men and for men at the same time, based on the fact that the male contributor is not held accountable for anything, including the cost of the procedure.
The irony is that it appears that while the male contributor has no legal rights to his creation, growing in the womb of a woman once willing (in most instances), until somebody hears the cry of the baby being born, the female contributor is free to do whatever she unilaterally decides to with something she alone is not responsible for creating.

Many do actually.
But at the end of the day, it's still the woman's decision. He can't tie her up throughout her pregnancy and force her to have his baby can he?
If she wants to walk into an abortion clinic, and do the deed, there's little he can do at that point.

Well because its the woman's body, so in the long run the women decides. Men can only Try to persuade them to have one or not have one. And also, it doesn't really effect them because they'll never become pregnant and/or have an abortion.

Men don't have a legal foot to stand on.

I'm sure there are many and different reasons, but I'd assume for many, they don't want the children.
