Did I eat healthy today?

I'm 15 and I want to be a healthier weight. Today I think I did pretty well with my diet. First I ate a banana and worked out for about 10 mins. I know it's good to workout a little after you wake up. After my workout I ate an egg white and a piece of honey wheat toast with a glass of orange juice. For lunch I ate a turkey sandwich with sandwich bread, lettuce, and pepper jack cheese with hummus on the side. After that I ate a peach and some grapes. For dinner I ate sautéed green beans and baked tilapia. And I drank water through out the day. I'm going to walk and jog for a hour. Did I eat healthy? Thanks'

    Very good! As long as you steer clear from processed crap you will feel amazing. Fruits and vegetables are better than medicine!
