Been there several times, done that several times... oh why oh why do I never learn? Save your money. Those advertisements are total rubbish. They should be arrested for false advertisements. You see all these advertisements for all kinds of weird products. None of them really work. Go to a doctor and get on a good diet. That's the only way. I know, it's hard...but it's the only way. Less going in, means less on the bones.
