If the Playoffs Started Today who starts Game 1 for the Red Sox if Buchholz is out?

Based on how things are right now, all things being equal (ie: rest) what order should the Red Sox go for their playoff rotation (Assuming Buchholz who would start Game 1 if healthy is out)

Am I crazy in thinking that Lackey of all people would start Game 1 as he's been their most consistent pitcher? Then probably Doubront Game 2 followed by the struggling Lester then Dempster

    Clearly John Lackey. Probably even if Buchholz is not hurt.
