Why do I see this on many of my Answer pages?
It's always on the right side where the ads are.

I've been searching for forever to try and find links to support this answer and I've been unable to find good ones - sorry about that. What I'm almost 100% sure is happening is the ads are simply not loading on your browser, and the gibberish nonsense that you are seeing is just some code that is taking the place of the ad the failed to show up.
You can try clearing your cache, temp files, and cookies, and see if that fixes the problem. Or you could try a different browser. If you are using ad blocker, that may be what is causing the issue. I prefer using add-on ad-blockers (you can download these to work IN your browser) rather than ones that you download separately, as those tend to work better and have fewer problems. Mozilla Firefox has a ton of ad-blockers to choose from.
This link has instructions for clearing cache: http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&y=PROD...
You can also update your Java and Flash, as YA ads run on those two engines:

Keep in mind that this very well could be an issue with the ad, not with your system. I am willing to bet, if you tried all of the above, it is not something you can do anything about.
