In the Zimmerman case yes. George should thank that Asian guy that came out of his house and took pictures of him right after the fight while he was still bloody. If he didnt have those photos that may just have changed the outcome of his self defense claim.

What we have learned is that you can stalk a person, confront them and if the person you are stalking doesn't like it you are free to shoot them dead and claim self defense.
