What is it like first joining boxing?
I'm 15 and a girl and I've always been interesting I boxing. I finally found a place and I am going to start really soon. I'm really nervous though. I'm only 5'3 and 110 pounds, but I'm willing to work hard to get stronger. So what's it like? Should I be nervous? And is it too late for me to join something like this?

No it is not too late to start training, not at all. Dont be nervous, its fun!
You might feel awkward at first, the punches and feet movement will feel weird. You will need some help.
A few weeks later you got most of the punches down. You feel confident in your foot work and start training on the bags, mitts, speed bag, etc.
Trust me, you will feel confident in your abilities soon. That is how every sport, instrument, job, etc is.

It's really fun, but I remember the first few times I was really awful so don't quit immediately, keep it at. The first time I went I was nervous too (13 y.o. back then) because AI thought there would just be thugs, but I was soo wrong! ;)
